Mark brings over 15+ years of experience as a Sales and Event Operations Leader, delivering large-scale touring events and managing complex operations across Australia. His expertise spans site and infrastructure planning, including critical event infrastructure, stakeholder engagement, risk and WHS management, logistics, and high-level service delivery — underpinning a practical, results-focused approach to business growth and client relationships.

As an experienced business owner, Mark has successfully owned and operated several businesses, developing strong industry partnerships and establishing a reputation for reliability, professionalism, and consistently delivering high-quality outcomes.

Known for his hands-on leadership style and attention to detail, Mark excels in managing both people and processes, with a strong focus on enhancing client experience, improving operational efficiency, and driving sustainable growth.

Upon joining ETPM, Mark completed his Assistant Agent’s Licence (CPP41419 – Assistant Agent Course, NSW), further strengthening his formal qualifications alongside his extensive real-world industry experience as he transitions into the property sector.
